How to Join


1. Contact us to schedule your Introductory Workshop (e-mail us or call 227-3223)

This orientation will:


  • Give you an overview of our approach
  • Show you the what, how, and why
  • Provide an opportunity for us to learn about you and evaluate of your needs

2. Come prepared to participate in the experiential portion of the workshop and explore:


  • formal postures
  • purposeful breath
  • deep relaxation

3. In preparation for the workshop:


  • eat lightly or not at all prior to class
  • dress comfortably
  • mats and blankets are provided
  • be prepared to practice in bare feet
  • bring a bottle of water if you like

4. If you enjoy the class and are interested in continuing on we will:


  • explain your options for what’s next
  • help you choose a sustainable schedule
  • answer any additional questions that you may have

Of all the guidelines applied to the practice of yoga, none are as important as your inner attitude. Kindness and respect are the foundation of a healthy practice.
