This class is designed for students aged 13-17. Class focuses on:
- yoga postures
- applied breath techniques
- relaxation
Yoga practice supports:
This is a 45-minute practice that will include a quiet centering, postures, and guided relaxation at the end of practice.

Classes are taught by Medha, who has been teaching classes at Yoga Way since 2004. Medha has taught classes for all ages and all stages of life, from prenatal yoga and baby/toddler yoga to preschool, kids, and adults. Medha is a mom to a teenager and sincerely enjoys sharing the experience of yoga and its many benefits, many of which can be life changing.
