This class is designed for students aged 13-17.Class focuses on:- yoga postures- applied breath techniques- relaxationYoga practice supports:- stress reduction

Medha is a mom to a teenager and sincerely enjoys sharing the experience of yoga and its many benefits, many of which can be life changing. -

OnlineNYThis guided meditation, held in our Zoom platform, will be approximately 1 hour long. Beginning with some movement, followed by strategic breathing, and a systematic, deep relaxation in the corpse pose. Come meet yourself on the inside! Free to enrolled Yoga Way students and anyone in your household who would like to join you! Attendance by donation for the public made payable by Venmo or Apple Pay. Enrolled students will receive the link and passcode to attend. Others who will be joining us will need to register ahead of time, by March 19, by emailing yogawayny@gmail.com
