New Year’s Day Meditation

The New Year offers an opportunity to let go of the old and envision the new. It is a wonderful time to release old patterns and create space for positive change.
Join me on New Year’s Day for a special meditation aimed at guiding you into a state of deep relaxation conducive to this process.
The meditation will take place from a reclined, comfortable position. You will be guided into a profound state of relaxation in which change may take place and intentions may be manifested simply by stilling the body and mind.
